A highly-respected, well-established and award-winning family business which prides itself on the values of traditional recipes and great craftsmanship is currently looking for a Production Manager to manage the day to day running of the activities of 20 members of staff.

You will be responsible for:

• Organising day to day production schedule
• Develop operating procedures
• Liaise with supplier, customer and service department
• Deal with day to day HR issues, both proactive and reactive
• Ensure all necessary materials and resources are available
• Identify and develop training plans
• Managing maintenance, quality and health and safety

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Production Manager/Supervisor who has gained experience within the food industry however other industries will be accepted.
