Work Wales are working with a leading manufacturing company in Capel Hendre who have an urgent need for an Extrusion Operator to work nights.

Requirements

• Working with glass and show willingness to become competent on all aspects of working on the production line.
• Operating automated, semi-automated and manual machinery.
• Ensure smooth process on the production line, by multitasking and working where you are most needed.
• Good organization skills to make sure that the orders go out correctly.
• Perform to your highest level to help colleagues' at the next stage of production.
• When working on the production line it is important to show you are working as a team and in order to do this effectively good communication skills are needed.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• In the event that things go wrong, you will need to show capable problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work and produce the product at an efficient rate of time.
• All operators are required to undertake and show the willingness to learn basic
  maintenance and cleaning techniques for the machines

Shifts are Monday - Friday 6pm - 6am
