The role of office administrator:
Working as part of my client's head office administration team the successful applicant would be initially starting as a junior administrator in year one, learning my client's business and office processes to administer their head office for the company directors and become a senior administrator in due course. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers brilliant career progression and a very competitive rising salary.
The successful office administrator applicant will be dealing with, but not limited to:
- Customer account management
- Dealing with billing, customer relations & correspondence for caravan owners
- Caravan holiday home sales enquiries
- Dealing with customer after sales issues & after sales reporting to caravan dealerships
- Dealing with camp site bookings
- Maintaining health & safety records
- Updating websites and promotional sales material
- Producing advertising material
- Answering Face book messages
- Marketing Ideas
- Customer Welcome Pack ideas
- Updating Caravan Sales Photos and details on our websites
- Dealing with AST marketing directly and sending brochures / emails of caravans
- Take photos of caravans and send marketing emails to AST interested parties
Requirements for the Office Administrator:
- Multi-tasking ability
- Excellent telephone manner & communications skills
- Good letter writing and email composure skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially, word, excel and outlook.
Non-Essential, but useful Skills:
- Basic digital photo editing - resizing and cutting pictures to size for website use
- Basic website updating (logging in, uploading pictures, editing text etc.)
