The Company

Due to continued growth my client has an opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to join their Llanelli team.

My client is a distributor of high-quality branded renewables products with locations servicing the whole of the UK. My client specialises in offering solutions on solar PV and energy storage systems, with availability to deliver anywhere in the UK.

My client truly believes that people are their greatest and most valuable asset. Therefore, they continually invest in training their employees to ensure their expert teams understand the products and challenges faced by customers to remain consistent in their outstanding service.

The Role

You will be based in the sales team and will be given extensive training to grow and progress within the company. As an Internal Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism and follow up with customers. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. The role is a split between existing clients and new business. The role is fast paced and involves the following:

  • Responsibilities for Internal Sales Representative
  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Greet customers face to face, and build rapport over the phone
  • Responsible for closing deals and processing payments
  • Responsible for customer follow-up
  • Developing leads and referrals
  • Create personal marketing plan
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Use excellent phone skills and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Requirements for internal sales:

Previous experience in electrical wholesaling / renewable energy would be advantageous, but not essential as a full training package will be given. The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Previous sales experience or customer service experience in a fast-paced role
  • Target driven
  • Ambitious
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport easily and able to work well independently using own initiative
