In support of our long term client, a manufacturer who operates in a very niche market supporting both the NHS and the retail sector, We are currently seeking to recruit an individual to be an integral part of the customer support team.

If you are someone who has a customer service/ sales background, who enjoys talking to people and would like to join a business who offers different opportunities to develop then we would like to hear from you

You will be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers providing information and advice whilst ensuring they receive the best customer experience and developing both old and new relationships.

Due to the nature of the product and its bespoke nature, everything you do will be making a difference to peoples lives

Key Tasks include:

  • Responding to queries about the company, products and services.
  • Keeping clients aware of the support product portfolio
  • Providing information to the relevant sales and technical resources
  • Updating of the CRM system
  • Liaising with internal departments gain information to resolve the customer queries
  • Preparing the monthly reports required for each key account
  • Involvement in trade shows

The person:

  • Previous experience within Customer Service/Sales
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have the ability to juggle a range of tasks in a busy manufacturing/retail support environment
