The Role

As Transport Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation in Aylesbury. You'll manage route and load planning, driver welfare, vehicle compliance, and depot health & safety. Your leadership will ensure high performance and smooth operation across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport and depot operations
• Plan routes and loads efficiently
• Support and develop drivers
• Oversee vehicle compliance and fleet management
• Lead health & safety practices
• Manage performance, training, and driver communication
• Maintain load quality and despatch standards

The Person

• Transport/logistics supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of compliance and safety standards
• Hands-on, organised, and commercially minded
