The Company

This prestigious Swansea based franchise dealership is part of a well known group selling a large range of vehicles. They offer new and used vehicles sales, parts and service all on site. The dealership enjoys a positive team atmosphere,with excellent management support.

The Role

You will be based in the new vehicle sales department and be part of a productive team. The dealership opens 7 days a week and therefore weekend work is part of the role. You will work a 4 week revolving rota including a 3 day weekend once a month.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting walk in customers
  • Handling phone and internet enquires
  • Assessing customer needs and finding suitable vehicles
  • Vehicle demos and managing test drives
  • Overcoming objections and closing deals
  • Up-selling of vehicle accessories
  • Preparing vehicles for collection / delivery
  • Prospecting to increase sales
  • Securing referral business
  • Working to sales targets


The successful applicant will have the following experience skills and qualities:

  • Previous vehicle sales experience or other sales experience in a commission driven role
  • Excellent communications skills
  • An engaging and professional manner
  • A target driven team player with a proven sales track record
  • Full drivers license

In Return

Excellent opportunity to join a vibrant team. The package on offer is basic and commission with a company vehicle or increased basic. For the first 12 months you will be offered a guarantee of £25000 PA. Once established OTE is £42000.00PA with no ceiling. The rota and hours are attractive with a 3 day weekend once a month.
