Incredible opportunity to join a growing organisation specialising in assisting individuals and businesses with their insurances. Their offices offer a positive and friendly team with a games room and parking on site. Working from their Swansea offices this is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Renewals Executive Role

As a Renewals Account Executive you will become part of an established and rapidly growing company working within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for dealing with clients due for renewal for their business insurance assisting with their commercial insurance policy for the forthcoming year. Your role is to assist with the renewal policy from start to finish and source the best possible option for the client, with the aim of providing a competitive/comprehensive policy that suits the clients needs.

Requirements for a Renewals Executive:

• Confidence and tenacity to overcome obstacles, and secure the best policy for the client
• Excellent telephone skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently whilst forming part of a larger team
• Self-motivation and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines
• Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills
