Electrical Engineer

An award winning water treatment company, due to their continued success are looking for an Electrical Engineer to strengthen their Engineering team

You will need to have gained experience in fast paced heavy industrial manufacturing company in a hands on capacity and you will be qualified to a HND/Degree level

You will have proven experience of working within an electrical engineering discipline, and will have had exposure to continuous improvement processes, preventative maintenance techniques, planning and dealing with contractors.

Technically you will have experience of

• AC & DC electrical drives
• Electrical power distribution networks up to 11kV
• PLCs, (fault finding and programming)
• Electrical fault finding and repair
• Reading circuitry schematics
• 18th Edition wiring regs
• Electrical drawing
• The Water Industry Mechanical and Electrical Specifications (WIMES)

You will also need to have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be computer literate. The ability to work without close supervision, yet under pressure and to tight timescales is essential.
