Work Wales are currently working with a established local landscape management client to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their existing team.
The Role
- Provide a customer focused service through a variety of channels including calls, emails, and online
- Provide and collect information relating to customer contacts from the corporate estate
- Request services
- Process information
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Logg maintenance calls
- Update customers with progress reports
This is a hybrid working role, and the successful candidate will be required to work both from home and in the client offices in Llanelli.
Key Information
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours per week
- £9.50 p/hour
- Immediate start
