Work Wales are currently working with a established local landscape management client to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their existing team.

The Role

  • Provide a customer focused service through a variety of channels including calls, emails, and online
  • Provide and collect information relating to customer contacts from the corporate estate
  • Request services
  • Process information
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Logg maintenance calls
  • Update customers with progress reports

This is a hybrid working role, and the successful candidate will be required to work both from home and in the client offices in Llanelli.

Key Information

  • Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • £9.50 p/hour
  • Immediate start
