The Role

This permanent role offers a variety of duties as well as responsibility, a 40 hour week Mon - Fri 08:30 - 05:00

Duties will include:

• Responsible for receiving goods into store
• Assembling of equipment
• Packing / unpacking of goods
• Quality control
• Dispatch of completed equipment
• Stock control
• Order processing and monitoring using the company IT system
• Troubleshooting
• Telephone liaison internally and with clients

Once settled in the role you will receive training to:

• Driving to customers premises throughout South Wales and the West Country
• On site installation
• Providing customers with training on product use

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

• Previous experience working in a computerised stores environment
• Solid computer skills are essential to this role
• Full clean driving license essential
• Able to regularly lift reasonably heavy items
• Good manual dexterity to learn equipment assembly
• Attention to detail
• Reliable and independent worker
• Team player
• Excellent customer service skills
