An established business in the Avon area of Bristol are currently seeking to strengthen their sales team by the recruitment of an Internal Technical Sales Engineer.

The purpose of the role is to provide technical support and quotations to customers, also all aspects of order handling and delivery as well and full customer service to facilitate sales development.

Duties include:

• Providing product support/specification, customer services and after-sales service.
• Offering customers advice on products.
• Carrying out contractual review and preparation of formal quotations against customer requirements.
• Following up on customer enquiries.
• Providing support and cover to other Sales Engineers and for all aspects of Customer services
• Managing the sales turnover and increase the turnover in a specified area.

The person:

• Industrial Engineering knowledge and experience is a must for this position, Sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers quickly
• Desire to take the customer from initial conversation to manufacture
