The Company

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role in the busy sales department of a precision Engineering company in the Llanelli area. Join a friendly team in a busy positive environment.

The Role

ThIs is a varied position providing administration assistance to the busy sales team. Duties will include:

  • Preparing quotations
  • Booking in sales enquiries
  • Processing of orders
  • Day to day sales administration
  • Handling telephone queries
  • Providing customers with feedback on orders currently being processed
  • Processing completed sales files
  • Working on Sage computer system
  • Assisting the transport division with admin duties on a relief basis
  • Assisting purchasing with admin duties, loading supplier orders etc. as required


The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Solid administration experience essential
  • Experience from within a sales department preferred
  • Previous experience in customer liaison - calling customers
  • Computer literate essential, Sage experience an advantage
  • Communication skills should be first class
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Flexible and willing to assist the purchasing and transport teams when required

Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 04:45

Friday 08:30 - 04:00

Salary between £18000 - £20000 dependant on experience.
