The Company
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role in the busy sales department of a precision Engineering company in the Llanelli area. Join a friendly team in a busy positive environment.
The Role
ThIs is a varied position providing administration assistance to the busy sales team. Duties will include:
- Preparing quotations
- Booking in sales enquiries
- Processing of orders
- Day to day sales administration
- Handling telephone queries
- Providing customers with feedback on orders currently being processed
- Processing completed sales files
- Working on Sage computer system
- Assisting the transport division with admin duties on a relief basis
- Assisting purchasing with admin duties, loading supplier orders etc. as required
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Solid administration experience essential
- Experience from within a sales department preferred
- Previous experience in customer liaison - calling customers
- Computer literate essential, Sage experience an advantage
- Communication skills should be first class
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible and willing to assist the purchasing and transport teams when required
