Work Wales have an exciting new position for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a team in a Children's Home in South Wales. What we are looking for:

• QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
• Previous care experience (Min 1 year residential experience)
• Full UK manual driving license (Essential).
• 22 years of age or older
• A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
• Compassion and empathy.
• Passion to promote independence and choice.
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
• Good communication skills.
