Front Line Customer Service Representative

We have a great opportunity for someone who wants to move away from a call centre environment and join a small office based customer service team supporting business to business clients

The key responsibility of this role will to be the first port of call for customers answering queries such as order tracking, chasing deliveries. This will be either by phone or email

In turn you will liaise with departments within the business to find out the information and feed this information back to the client in a timely manner.

The person

• Experience of working within a busy office dealing with a volume of inbound calls
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise
