My client:
My client based in Dafen, Llanelli are the UK's only dedicated Vulnerable Customer Management company. My client deals with most of the big six energy providers to assist their client's vulnerable customers who are experiencing financial troubles.
About the role of Customer Service Agent:
Your role will be to show understanding and empathy and to help find the right solution based on the individuals' personal circumstances. The successful candidate will be comfortable chatting with customers via the phone, email, and web chat, offering excellent variety to the role. As each customer's situation is unique you will be expected to be flexible in your approach to calls. If you want to make a difference and leave work each day knowing you have assisted someone out of a difficult situation, then this is the role for you.
Requirements for Customer Service Agent:
- Computer literate
- High levels of emotional intelligence
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- A strong listener
- Empathetic
- Composed
- Ability to build rapport
- Flexible approach
