THE COMPANY

This high-tech company specializing in the design, manufacture, installation and operation of electro-based water-treatment products is currently growing and looking to hire 2 Site Installation Assistants for a new project. A dynamic organisation who are expanding globally and have an enviable reputation within their industry.

THE ROLE

You will work with the Senior Installations Engineer assisting in all aspects of installing a new treatment plant on a 10 month project, based in Bridgend. If you live closer to Llanelli transportation maybe arranged to site on a daily basis. Although the position will initially be a 10 month contract role there is potential for this to become a permanent position as well as training to become an Installations Engineer for the right person.

You will be part of a team working on both mechanical and electrical installation work, environmental protection and clean up. You will also maintain existing equipment and in service systems.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

• General mechanical and electrical experience
• Installation experience in a project, engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience in the Water, Oil & Gas or Power generation environment preferred
• NVQ level 3 qualification in relevant field
• Forklift license or happy to be trained
• A proactive team player
• Good attention to detail
• A logical fault finder
