Working for a global supplier to the construction industry, we have a great opportunity for someone to join the technical support team.

Your role will be to provide technical support to both:

• Internal and external sales teams
• Architects, contractors, installers and distributors

Duties will include:

• Interpreting customer needs
• Providing advice on best product selection
• Recording all technical enquiries and responses
• Being involved in technical review
• Formulating drawings
