Production Assistant CNC

£12.21PH Temp to Perm role

We are looking for an experienced production assistant with some exposure to CNC machines to join a busy organisation based in Swansea.

The role will initially be a Temporary assignment but has the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

The Role

You will work 08:30AM to 04:30PM Monday to Friday (no shift work required). You will work as part of a small friendly team and be given opportunity to grow and develop within the role.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Picking of materials
• Loading the CNC machines
• Cleaning of parts prior to packing
• Using a hole driller (training provided)
• Covering on the CNC machine when required
• Forklift driving

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience and qualities:

• Previous production experience essential
• Experience in a CNC environment preferred
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred
• Good numeracy skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Keen and willing to learn new tasks and skills
• Driven and enthusiastic
