We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join our long-standing manufacturing client, specialising in niche products. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of the customer support team, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.

As the first point of contact for both existing and potential customers, you will provide information, offer advice, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding products and services
• Keeping clients informed about support product offerings
• Coordinating with sales and technical teams to provide accurate information
• Maintaining and updating the CRM systems
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries efficiently
• Preparing monthly reports for key accounts
• Representing the company at trade shows

About You:

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in an outbound role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast environment
