My client offers gorgeous views and wonderful rest and relaxation at their 3 stunning premier leisure parks. They are a family-orientated leisure group, designed for the comfort and convenience for family getaways offering camping and static caravans surrounded by the beautiful Gower coastline.
The role of office manager:
Managing my client's head office, the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Head Office, including setting work routines for head office whilst managing all office requirements, staffing and equipment as needed. The role will suit a good all-rounder who is dynamic, articulate, and confident to step into this newly created role. Reporting directly to the Directors but very much part of the park team, this is a pivotal role between park staff and customers. The right person will be highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail and confident with coordinating and liaising between departments as well as providing general office management.
The successful office manager applicant will be dealing with, but not limited to:
- Customer account management
- Reporting
- Stock book recording
- In charge of purchase and licence agreements
- Business analysis
- Health and safety management - Recording and reporting
- PCI Compliance
- Manage supplier contracts / Queries
- Dealing with billing, customer relations & correspondence for caravan owners
- Caravan holiday home sales enquiries
- Dealing with customer after sales issues & after sales reporting to caravan dealerships
- Dealing with camp site bookings and managing reception staff
- Updating websites and promotional sales material
- Producing advertising material and working with advertisers
- Answering Facebook messages and other social media
- Marketing ideas and planning
- Customer Welcome Pack ideas
- Updating Caravan Sales Photos and details on our websites
Requirements for the Office Manager:
- Multi-tasking ability
- Confident and dynamic, proactive in looking for solutions to find better ways of working
- Experienced in office management and or running your own business
- Business minded
- Experienced in office management
- Ability to analyse business progress and finances
- Excellent telephone manner & communications skills
- Good letter writing and email composure skills
- Excellent experience using Microsoft Office, especially, word, excel and outlook
- Ability to setup new software and programmes as required using data import spreadsheets
- Ability to report
- Management experience
- Experienced with policy and procedures
- Experience with health and safety management
