The Role

To ensure the correct management of the data related to the plant personnel.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to the electronic detection of the employees' presence
• To guarantee the arrangement of the reporting related to statistics trends of overtime, sick-leave, vacations, injuries etc
• Collaborate with the relevant offices to the processing of data related to the productivity bonus
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Dept to the activities related to collaborators' management
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to the management of shift rotation
• Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
• Apply the Corporate Principles and Values

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following skills, experience and qualities

• Experience within an administrative role within a production environment essential
• Excellent people skills
• Strong administration skills
• Timesheet / staff time keeping experience preferred
• Solid computer literacy skills
• A team player
• Well organised with good attention to detail
