The Position

You will lead the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and exceptional customer experiences.

You will work a 4 day week offering an excellent work life balance.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience skills and attributes:

• Hotel Restaurant management experience in a multiple outlet environment
• Dedicated and ambitious
• Natural confidence and first-class interpersonal skills
• Solid leadership skills and experience
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Work well under pressure
• Good problem solving skills
• A good mixture of professional and friendly approach to staff and customers
