Due to this continued growth there is the need for an additional team member to join the HR team
Operating at an Advisor level you will be involved in both the day to day transactional HR and you will also have the opportunity to be involved in projects.
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to show what you can do but also will allow you to develop you HR experience under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Partner then we would like to hear from you
Responsibilities will include:
- Involvement in the recruitment life cycle including on-boarding
- Being a point of contact for staff on the full range of HR matters
- Co-ordinating Performance Management in conjunction with line managers
- Contributing to the maintenance and development of HR policies and procedures
- Providing advice to management on ER issues
- Take on responsibility for HR wide projects
- Maintaining the employee database
- Preparing monthly reports
The Person
- Experience of working within an SME
- Ideally CIPD level qualified
- Up to date knowledge of UK legislation
- Ability to motivate people and embrace change
- Desire to make a difference and add value to the business
