Administration and Customer Service Assistant
Swansea
£25000 for a 35 hour week
Opportunity to join a busy sales administration department to provide administrative support and customer service to the existing customers.
The Role
This is a full time permanent position working on site Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 04:30PM. Duties will include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Managing customer orders through the system
- Internal liaison with purchasing, warehouse and process departments
- Liaising with customers both over the phone and via email
- Building rapport and solid customer relationships
- Working with excel spreadsheets and in house computer systems
- Problem solving
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Solid experience in an administrative role is essential
- Experience providing customer service is essential
- Computer literacy including excel spreadsheets
- Confident to communicate in writing and verbally with clients in a professional manner
- A flexible employee willing to help out wherever required
