Administration and Customer Service Assistant

Swansea

£25000 for a 35 hour week

Opportunity to join a busy sales administration department to provide administrative support and customer service to the existing customers.

The Role

This is a full time permanent position working on site Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 04:30PM. Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Managing customer orders through the system
  • Internal liaison with purchasing, warehouse and process departments
  • Liaising with customers both over the phone and via email
  • Building rapport and solid customer relationships
  • Working with excel spreadsheets and in house computer systems
  • Problem solving

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Solid experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Experience providing customer service is essential
  • Computer literacy including excel spreadsheets
  • Confident to communicate in writing and verbally with clients in a professional manner
  • A flexible employee willing to help out wherever required
