Vehicle Training Course Administrator

Neath

£18,000 - £21,000 PA

My client based in Neath are looking for a Vehicle Training Course Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30.

The Company

My client is a leading training provider who specialise in delivering quality courses across the Industrial Training, Transport and Logistics and Plant Construction sectors. Training is the core of my client's business; they work with several of Wales' largest companies and also throughout the UK.

The Role

Due to my client's significant increase in LGV training, additional vehicles and extra testing capacities they are looking to recruit for the role of Vehicle Training Course Administrator. You will be organising and booking driving tests for clients using the DSA website and communicating directly with candidates to arrange this. You will need to have strong planning and organisational skills combined with being confident and having excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

· An understanding of the industrial environment would be advantageous

· Confident and experienced person

· Customer focused with a proactive approach

· Ability to communicate effectively with other departments

· Ability to work well under pressure and independently as part of a team

· Experience in other general admin duties

· Comfortable communicating effectively over the phone, face to face and over email
