Work Wales are working with a prestigious consultancy company based in Pontypridd. We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, detail-orientated administrator to join a small, but growing, office team. The individual will predominantly be providing business support functions to the claims/funding department.

As an administrator, you will be responsible for the following main duties:

  • Review data, ensuring all details are correct with no discrepancies.
  • Send requests to lenders and other third parties for information.
  • Chase responses from lenders and other third parties.
  • Send requests for information to clients via email, telephone and/or text.
  • Chase information required requests from clients via email, telephone and/or text.
  • Review all information received to ensure it is complete and accurate.
  • Create and update Excel spreadsheets for internal and external use.
  • Use case management systems.
  • Opening, sorting and scanning daily incoming post and frank[ing] outgoing post.
  • Making telephone calls to third parties.
  • To assist in general office administrative duties in keeping with the role.
  • Investigate and validate claims by collating all relevant paperwork to package the claim[s] ready to present the information to the relevant team for authorization/rejection.
  • Review third party documentation to ensure all relevant information is completed.
  • Scan all documentation in relation to each claim onto the paperless scanning system.
  • Maintain and update the filing system & electronic records.

Experience:

  • Someone with previous Administration experience would be advantageous. However, this does not need to be specific to the claims industry.

Position Details:

  • Permanent full-time position after probationary period.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
