Join our client's busy and supportive private practice as an Accountancy Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

The Role:

• Assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and bank reconciliations
• Supporting the preparation of accounts and tax returns
• Learning to use accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
• Liaising directly with clients to support their day-to-day accounting needs
• Working alongside experienced accountants to understand the full client journey

The person:

• Have a genuine interest in accountancy and business
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)
• Communicates well
• Has strong attention to detail and can manage deadlines
