An excellent opportunity for a Trainer to work with a charity who work with provides support for people with Mental Health, Addiction and Substance Use Conditions to achieve their potential and a higher standard of life. The successful individual will develop and deliver training to staff, stakeholders and external professionals whilst ensuring that any accredited courses delivered are conducted within the quality framework.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps.
• Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtually.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements:

• PTLLS Certificate
• Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of substance misuse and mental health sector.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Knowledge of various learning styles.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
