Who will you be working for:

My client has specialised in servicing the UK SME market for over 10 years, assisting businesses and individuals with their insurances. Due to continued accelerated growth my client is looking for a Sales Manager with minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Insurance Business Manager to join their friendly vibrant office.

Job Description;

Reporting directly to the Head of business you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of 25. This is made up of new business, renewals, and business support teams. Experienced long-serving deputy managers are already in place to assist in this role. This is an exciting time to join as my client are in a phase of accelerated growth. This means additional opportunities and career will also become available for the right candidate. As well as overseeing the team you will be responsible for implementing new initiatives and projects within the business.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• A strong sales background, minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Insurance Business Partner
• Ability to motivate a team in a competitive environment
• Experienced in leading a team, conducting 121's and measuring KPI's
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport
• Ideally experience using the Acturis system
• Ambitious and resilient
• Team player
