Key Responsibilities will include:

• The simulation of mechanical behaviour of components
• Operating and maintenance of test rigs
• Support customers with applications work
• Interpretation of experimental performance data
• Taking the lead in test set up
• Writing of reports
• Supporting design decisions for new products

The person:

Essential for this role :

• Mechanical Engineering Degree ( or similar )
• Good practical skills
• Ability to communicate information
• Strong technical and analytical skills

Desirable:

• FEA knowledge
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics and CFD
