Senior Technical Services Engineer

Due to their continued success, my client is looking to add to their Technical Services Team with the recruitment of a Senior individual to provide technical support to the internal and external sales teams.

The successful person will provide technical support to architects, contractors, installers and distributors for standard applications and will facilitate the smooth operation and communication between customers and the factory

Day to Day Duties:

• Provide Technical Response to advise customers on correct selection, specification and/or use of standard products.
• To be the initial contact for 'Non-standard' technical enquiries.
• Undertake technical review of Key Projects and develop project specific technical Proposals
• Interpret customer needs in AutoCAD format for confirmation with the customer.
• Formulate drawings for internal use that interprets the customer's needs.

You will have experience of the construction sector, ideally within fire protection and/or facades but other product areas would be considered.
