The Company

This high-tech company specializing in the design, manufacture, installation and operation of electro-based water-treatment products is currently growing and looking to hire a PMO Coordinator to join the team. This dynamic organisation are expanding globally and have an enviable reputation within their industry.

The Role

You will provide project support and assist in the successful delivery of projects through coordination of various activities. Duties will include:

  • Oversee the Project Management Office by defining and maintaining standards for project management
  • Developing and applying project procedures, tools and techniques to standardise methodologies
  • Organise and schedule Programme meetings with Boards and Steering Groups
  • Take minutes at meetings and capturing decisions, actions and risks and update PMO systems
  • Ensure follow up with contributors against actions and produce reports as required
  • Dashboards, reporting and collation of presentation pack
  • Maintain the organisational chart
  • Coordinate travel and visas
  • Track deployed personnel movements
  • Day to day management of PMO platforms including communications and coordinating system upgrades/enhancements
  • Regularly update and maintain programme risks register and issues log
  • Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are accurate and complete
  • Change management
  • Implementation and maintenance of CRM Log
  • Document control and Data repository
  • Communications with the project team and external suppliers
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Support with all Programme/Project administration tasks
  • Manage business accounts and coordinate credit card invoices/ raise purchase requisitions
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities as directed by Line Manager which are commensurate with the role

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a projects environment
  • Experience in working effectively to demanding deadlines
  • Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, including the ability to relate confidently and professionally to others
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft 365
  • Experience of building and maintaining programme documentation, logs and plans
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic document management systems
  • Successful experience of maintaining effective project management templates and sharing and implementing best practice
  • Good planning and organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
