The role
- Provide exceptional customer service - be the main point of contact for customers in your sector, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Manage customer orders and quotations - process orders accurately with a 'right first time' mentality, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints - act as an advocate for customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams - liaise with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records - ensure all customer interactions, orders, and pricing information are documented in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report issues - escalate customer or system concerns to the Regional Accounts Team Leader in a timely manner.
The Person
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but training provided).
- A proactive and customer-first mindset.
- High commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office & MS Teams).
