Position: The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on refurbishment of residential and commercial properties on a Temporary to Permanent basis

Pay rate: £9.50 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30 pm, Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm

Location: Swansea

Must meet the below criteria:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Must be punctual and reliable to attend every shift
• Driving licence
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Floor laying
