£19,000 P/A Basic Salary - Flexible dependent on experience

The Company

My client is a locally owned estate agency in Swansea. They have an opening for a lettings negotiator at their Swansea office. This is an excellent time to join my client as they have seen huge growth over the past few years and are looking for the right candidate who will help meet their current demand and play an important part in their future growth. Monday to Friday 09:00AM -05:00PM, plus alternate Saturdays (Time off in lieu)

The role will involve:

• Generating new business through effective monitoring of the local market and prospecting
• Working as part of a motivated team
• Dealing with leads, carrying out viewings and negotiating offers
• Progressing from viewings through to completion
• Providing a valuable service to our clients
• Working to increase market share for the business

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience and attributes:

• Has direct sales experience but is now looking for a new opportunity to grow
• Experience in property is preferred but not essential as my client can offer full training
• A fantastic phone manner
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Experience of working in a busy, customer facing office environment
• The ability to deal with a wide range of people and personalities
• An eye for detail
• An excellent knowledge of the Swansea area
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A positive outlook, a can-do attitude
• The ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• A team player who works for both individual and team objectives
