We are currently looking for a Customer Services Assistant to work with a prestigious client in the Llansamlet area of Swansea.

This client has recently gone through a process of implementing a series of new processes to streamline the business, and now require additional personnel to deal with the increased workload.

In the first instance, the successful candidate will support the sales team in dealing with customer enquiries, which includes processing returns/refunds and addressing any customer contact that is received by email/telephone.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
