The Role
This vacancy is a brand new position based in their Cross Hands facility within the Technical Support Team.

You will work Monday to Friday 08:30AM - 05:00PM providing support for one specific high end retail chain. This position offers a great deal of variety of duties making it an interesting role where no two days are the same.

Duties will include:

• Writing Specifications for retailers
• Ensuring all customer specifications, pack copies and artwork are accurately set up
• All necessary customer documentation is produced to meet critical path time scales and launch deadlines
• Responsible for reviewing artwork against pack copy information to ensure the information is accurate and also in line with customer technical labelling policies
• Writing of raw material specifications and internal factory specifications

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following experience skills and attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing
• Ability to write specifications for retailers
• Food and drink labelling regulation knowledge
• Ability to use multiple customer specification systems
• Computer literate in using Microsoft packages
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline driven and ability to multi task
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail especially with data
