We are seeking a proactive and confident individual to join our client as Export Sales Support, working closely with the Export Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in international trade while supporting customers across the globe.

The Role

• Responding to overseas sales enquiries (including Ireland) by phone and email.
• Supporting the Export Manager with accurate order and sales tracking.
• Building strong relationships with professional customers such as architects, investors, and developers.
• Assisting with research into new markets and developing case studies to support growth.
• Managing data and producing reports using spreadsheets, Word, and databases.

The Person

• Solid customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence when dealing with professional clients.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to work with data accurately.
• A willingness to learn about international trade and the building industry.
