Work Wales are working with a family run organisation who have a strong emphasis on their values and delivery of the highest levels of care to their service users. The company are growing, and they are searching for a strong senior leader to join them. They are looking for somebody to assist with the development and implementation of operational strategies within the business.

In this role you will plan, develop, and lead the delivery of performance plans in accordance with budgets and quality assurance for the company's domiciliary care services across the UK. You will help establish and maintain systems for measuring operational management and development. This position will have a high focus on compliance against the key regulations of the Health & Social Care Act.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive demonstrable experience of management at a senior level in the care sector
• Experience of working within a profit and loss environment and working within agreed budgets
• Fully conversant with national care standards and regulations
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills
• A full driving licence is required as this is a national role.
