The Role

This is a permanent full time position that will involve shift work; details on request. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Operation of a counterbalance forklift
• Unloading and loading of raw materials and finished goods
• Labelling, freight preparation and ensuring goods are stored in correct areas
• Ensuring 'in time' supply of raw materials to production area
• Dispatching finished goods to correct warehouse
• Responsible for transfer bookings into computer system
• Waste disposal
• Assisting in other departments or roles as and when required

Requirements

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

• Current Forklift License essential
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse
• Computer literate
• Previous working experience using scanning systems
• Reliable and accurate worker
• Able to work to internal procedures and processes
