“Our People are the heart of our Business”
Our Team
Our Work Wales team currently consists of Directors, Sophie Turner and Christina Adams, both experienced recruitment consultants with their administrator Laura Jones, and within the Perms division Work Wales employs a Perms Recruitment Manager Catherine Jones. Harriet Sampson is our Sales administrator.
We are now Swansea’s fastest growing independent recruitment agency, with a reputation for the highest levels of professionalism, service delivery and knowledge of the local job market from both an employer and an employee’s perspective.
We also recognise the importance of continuous improvement for ourselves and our business, constantly seeking to gain additional qualifications and consulting with employers and workers to fine-tune our service.
Our company was founded on passion, honesty and integrity and we constantly work to these values. We build and nurture long-lasting relationships with our clients, taking time to really get to know our people and their businesses.
In addition to our full time personnel, we are also involved with a foreign student exchange scheme which gives young people from different countries the chance to experience different cultures and ways of working for a 1 to 6 month period. Both the students and our organisation have benefitted enormously from this exchange programme. For Work Wales it means we have access to quality people who are keen to learn and develop; for the students, they get invaluable hands-on experience in a lively, busy, forward thinking organisation.
