I am currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join my client's busy team based in West Swansea.

This role is a broad and varied role and will involve

  • Liaising with suppliers and customers on a daily basis
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Logistics
  • Purchasing of parts/supplies based on company needs
  • Negotiation
  • Processing orders
  • Updating internal databases
  • Invoicing
  • Managing purchase orders through the purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery
  • Monitoring supplier's performance

This role is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm however there could be some flexibility on this.

The role will be paying £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
