Senior Administrator in Llanelli

Work Wales are working on behalf of our client based near Llanelli who are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their busy team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a successful international manufacturing company.
Within this role you will be part of a fast paced team managing the work generated by senior management team members in a wide variety of administrative duties. You will need to display a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude and assist in executing our strategic vision, beliefs and behaviours. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with significant administrative experience to grow with the business.
·Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and administering a range of key operational activities
·Providing administration support to the site leadership team
·Attend and actively participate in operational meetings
·Planning meetings and booking travel and accommodation and assisting with logistics behind events.
·Support on site Accounts function as and when necessary
·Analysis of operational data and identifying trends, to Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
·Provide necessary documents and agenda for meetings and draft minutes ensuring contributions and decisions are accurately maintained.

·You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions.
