My client based in Swansea is seeking a Telesales and Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their vibrant and successful sales team due to winning new contract and business. My client is an international and growing business who pride themselves in excellent customer service. This is a key telephone-based sales role, responsible for identifying, contacting and meeting the needs of potential new customers, ensuring our quotations and service match their expectations. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we'll also expect you to actively look for and convert any opportunities for up-selling, as well as maintaining regular contact with existing customers to fulfil ongoing requirements.
Able to inspire confidence and trust from your first point of contact, you must be an excellent communicator have a calm and professional telephone manner, with a proven track record in a telesales or similar role. Be able to effectively influence and negotiate with customers, whilst planning and prioritising a busy workload, will ensure you stand out from the crowd.
