Technical Support ERP Helpdesk in Swansea

Have you supported external clients to resolve technical queries in a helpdesk environment? Would you like to work in a fast paced and growing technology company?
My client who are a bespoke software provider covering all of Europe with many offices in the UK are looking for someone to join their friendly team in the Swansea branch.
In this full-time ERP Support Specialist role, your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Delivering first line helpdesk support via telephone and email, responding to inbound queries
* Investigating and resolving software support queries and escalating more complex scenarios to relevant teams
* Testing new software functionality
* Assisting with remote telephone training for new users
You will have a good understanding of databases, and excellent communication skills. Your helpdesk support experience and excellent customer relationship skills will underpin your ability to work in a busy environment with exceptional attention to detail.
This role would be well suited an IT graduate with a qualification in Computer Sciences/Programming or similar who has customer service experience. (Previous helpdesk support experience is preferred; however, the company will consider a background in telephone customer services gained within a technical environment.)
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.00pm with a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum. You will be joining a fantastic growing business who have a positive reputation for staff training and development.
