Sales Administrator in Glynneath

Work Wales has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales administrator to join our client's progressive and expanding organisation. You will be responsible for providing full administrative and organisational support and will be based out of the main office.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role, you must be highly computer literate and have great attention to detail. You must have excellent customer service experience. Applicants must display excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and come with a 'can do attitude'. You must be able to use own initiative and will demonstrate exceptional written and spoken communication skills. A strong and confident telephone manner is a necessity.
You will be responsible for:
Manage office facilities
Oversee all incoming files from the sales reps
Invoicing and chasing payments
Upselling when necessary
Understanding Data Protection and be responsible when GDPR is compliant
Organising and preparing meetings
Dealing with telephone enquiries and greeting visitors
Preparation of detailed reports/notes
Monitor the follow up of actions (Awards where/who/what)
Collation and production of statistical reports and papers
Maintaining effective systems for filing
The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
Great planning skills
Accurate reporting skills
