My client based in Neath is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join their busy business development team.

As a Lead Generation Executive you will be responsible for building business by establishing relationships with clients using various methods and tools available.

In order to be a successful Lead Generation Executive you will aim to continually feed the sales department with an increased level of enquiries and gain a thorough understanding of market activity.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Driving new business through multiple sales channels and tools.
Daily use of company CRM systems ensuring they are used to their full capability.
Mainly based in the office, working on the telephone.
Gain a thorough understanding of market activity and my clients place in the market.
Identify opportunities and ideas and share with the team during monthly sales meetings
Ensure that databases are always up to date, with accurate details.
Provide sales support to customers, act as the point of contact where appropriate and help develop customer's relationships.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients via email and telephone.
To help and ensure that the organization understands and satisfies the customers' requirements

This is a Monday - Friday 9-5 role paying £18,000 per annum.
