My client based in SWANSEA who work within the medical sector are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join their small and friendly team. This is a family run business and so will suit someone looking to work in a close knit environment.

Working as part of the Customer Service department this vacancy is for a Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processor.

This is a varied role that would suit someone organised and methodical who must have excellent attention to detail.

The role will involve a wealth of administration tasks such as the following:

·Imputing orders onto the system and processing the orders
·Chasing invoices and payments from clients
·Taking calls and assisting with queries in a professional manner
·Assisting customer service team with admin and filing including data entry
·Answer incoming calls from the sales agents, nurses and doctors. Due to the nature of the business you must have a calm and clear telephone voice and be able to work well under pressure.
·stock queries/availability, tracking deliveries, special requests, price checks, new products, service enquiry etc.
·Create end of day reports, daily sales, invoices, news, photos, sales team information (guidance will be given)
·Filing and archiving
·Invoice and dispatch
·Organise incoming emails to ensure appropriate action is taken
·Tracking export orders
·Picking samples, logging details
·Responding to emails, photocopying and scanning
·You will be responsible for some picking and packing in the warehouse to ensure deliveries are ready for dispatch.

The hours for this role are 9am-3pm Monday - Friday
