HR Clerical assistant
Temporary - Up to April 2020
My client is seeking a strong clerical assistant to join their busy and friendly team on a full time basis in their Head offices in Carmarthen. This role is to start immediately and will be on a monthly rolling basis.
The role is to work within the HR department assisting the recruitment team with accurate data entry, assisting the HR department with their busy mailbox. You will also be covering the reception and switchboard when needed.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent attention to detail, have experience with data entry. Be IT literate with all Microsoft package including excel and outlook. You will be looking after a very busy mailbox and so outlook experience is a must for this role. You will be responsible for the reception so face to face customer service, answering the telephone and providing excellent customer service is essential.
You must be able to start at the end of October and be looking for a full-time role within and administrative position for a HR department.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £9.40 an hour and have access to free parking on site. You will be working 37 hours Monday to Friday.
